Nous sommes heureux de vous le pr\u00e9senter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Florent, quelle formation as-tu re\u00e7ue et en quoi consiste ta mission au sein de la Fondation&nbsp;?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis journaliste reporter d\u2019images (JRI) de formation et je suis titulaire d\u2019une licence professionnelle en journalisme audiovisuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9 pour rendre plus visible la Fondation. En tant que responsable \u00e0 la communication, je suis charg\u00e9 de collecter les images, d\u2019\u00e9crire des textes, de faire des r\u00e9alisations audiovisuelles dans tous les projets et programmes de la Fondation afin d\u2019assurer la communication efficace par les canaux de communication les plus appropri\u00e9s. Je veille \u00e9galement \u00e0 la bonne communication interne de la Fondation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Quels sont les d\u00e9fis que tu t\u2019es fix\u00e9s et comment comptes-tu les relever&nbsp;?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon plus grand d\u00e9fi est de mettre le plus grand nombre de personnes possible en contact avec la Fondation. Avec le soutien de tous mes coll\u00e8gues, je veux rendre la communication plus efficace. Je pense \u00e9galement qu&rsquo;il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;\u00eatre proactif et innovant pour atteindre nos objectifs de communication et avoir un certain impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>De quoi as-tu besoin pour atteindre tes objectifs \u00e0 la Fondation ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai absolument besoin de la confiance de mes coll\u00e8gues de la Fondation. Une bonne communication entre nous est \u00e9galement importante. Par ailleurs, il est aussi important d&rsquo;avoir des outils de travail de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Comment d\u00e9crirais-tu l&rsquo;ambiance de travail ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;arrive dans un environnement de travail avec des coll\u00e8gues aussi courtois, disponibles et joviaux. Mon int\u00e9gration s&rsquo;est faite en douceur. J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression de rentrer chez moi \u00e0 chaque fois que je franchis le seuil de la porte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Un mot pour finir&nbsp;?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la mission de la Fondation Hubi &amp; Vinciane est de r\u00e9aliser un r\u00eave avec le B\u00e9nin, je peux ajouter que \u2013 sans dormir \u2013 j\u2019ai l\u2019intention de r\u00eaver avec la Fondation de la meilleure fa\u00e7on possible.
