Our new deputy director brings fresh air to the Foundation

Since the end of March, the team in Benin has received a valuable addition in the form of Annick Chaffa, an agricultural engineer with extensive experience.

Together with Marcienne Houenou, the director of our foundation, Annick now leads the activities in Benin.

Annick shares her enthusiasm:

“As an agronomist with 15 years of experience in the sector, I am ready to lead, coach and support our team in Benin.
I am tremendously impressed with what the foundation has already accomplished with limited resources. It is an honour to now contribute to our goals myself.
I dream of making the foundation more autonomous and tap into various funding sources to grow further.”

Annick’s expertise in agriculture and agroecology adds excellent value to our projects. She settled in quickly and is very appreciative of the good working atmosphere.
