This year, our agricultural experts achieved outstanding results in the cassava fields they support and supervise.
Thanks to intensive technical support, hands-on guidance, and the strong commitment of local farmers, no fewer than 57,000 certified cassava cuttings were harvested. This is significantly higher than the 35,000 cuttings originally planted — an impressive increase in productivity.

Yields per hectare also showed strong growth. While previous seasons averaged 55 tons per hectare, the most recent season reached 63.2 tons per hectare. This remarkable progress confirms that the chosen approach is delivering effective and sustainable results.
The certification of the cassava cuttings is carried out with the support of the INRAB and the DPV. This certification guarantees that the planting material meets strict sanitary, agronomic, and quality standards.
For farmers, these certified cassava cuttings provide a sustainable improvement in production capacity. The quality and resilience of the planting material help ensure higher and more stable yields.
By investing in the cultivation and distribution of certified cassava cuttings, our Foundation actively contributes to greater food security and improved economic opportunities for farmers and their families.
This project is therefore an important driver of a more productive, sustainable, and resilient agricultural sector.
