Meet and greet the man who will lead the incubation centre team and thus promote entrepreneurship in Borgou.
Who is Céphas HOUNZANDJI?
“I am a business advisor and trainer with over 15 years of experience in strengthening the capacities of entrepreneurs, training coaches and trainers, and leading organizations that support businesses.”
What is your mission at the Ariziki Center?
“As the Ariziki Incubation Centre Manager, my mission is to coordinate the centre’s activities, develop partnerships, and secure the necessary financial resources.”
What are your biggest challenges, and how will you address them?
“My main challenge is to make the centre financially self-sufficient to operate without relying on the Foundation’s support. To achieve this, local and international partnerships are crucial. For this, I need the trust of the Board of Directors and close collaboration with my colleagues.”
How would you describe the work atmosphere and your collaboration with the team?
“The work atmosphere is charming. We are a small, close-knit team where everyone respects each other and gets along well, greatly enhancing creativity and commitment to our common vision.”
