A springboard for young farmer-entrepreneurs

With Agro Start 100, the Ariziki Incubation Centre opens the doors to a future full of opportunities. Since December 2024, we’ve been helping young people realize their dreams through an intensive 100-day training program in sustainable agriculture and agri-food processing.

The focus is on sectors such as fish farming, snail farming, animal husbandry and vertical farming, with overlapping plots that require less farmland.

In the first phase of the program, 15 young people took part. Why are they taking part?

• Practical and technical skills: participants will receive the tools, support and training they need to set up a viable micro-enterprise in agriculture.
  
• Exclusive growth path: we follow them closely and do everything possible to make their project successful.
  
• Interest-free start-up loan: participants with the most promising projects can count on interest-free financial support and intensive coaching from our agricultural experts.
  
• A sustainable future: our inclusive approach helps them integrate into the local economic fabric, enabling them not only to avoid unemployment but also to contribute to their communities’ food security and economic growth.

With Ariziki, we hope to inspire even more young people to take the step towards self-employment in agriculture. Together, we’re building a sustainable, innovative and prosperous agricultural sector.
