At the start of 2025, we welcomed a new face to the local team at the Hubi & Vinciane Foundation: Fadiatou Gnon Brisso BIO MANSA.

Fadiatou

We sat with her to learn more about her background, ambitions, and first impressions.

Who is Fadiatou?

“I hold a degree in Applied Statistics from the National School of Statistics, Planning, and Demography at the University of Parakou,” she explains. “At the Foundation, monitor and evaluate all ongoing projects and programs.”

What exactly does your role involve?

“My job includes developing monitoring and evaluation plans, maintaining an up-to-date database of all projects, and contributing to writing work plans and reports.”

What’s your biggest challenge?

“To build a strong and well-structured database for all the Foundation’s projects. That’s crucial for working efficiently.”

What do you need to achieve your goals?

“Two things: trust, good collaboration with my colleagues, and access to the right tools for accurate data collection and analysis.”

How has your experience with the team been so far?

“Honestly, I never expected the integration to go so smoothly. Working here feels like part of a family business – everyone is committed. The atmosphere is warm, and teamwork is incredibly rewarding.”

Any final words?

“I’d like to thank the board and the team for their trust. I’m thrilled to be part of this amazing organization, and I’m committed to doing my part to help make Hubi and Vinciane’s vision a reality.”

We wish Fadiatou the very best in her new role!
